Speaker Jan Dowson   

- A Creative Journey – Jan received The Beryl Dean Award and Medal of Excellence for teaching City and Guilds and for her work

Jan has been a teacher of embroidery and lots of other things including patchwork and quilting ,mixed media, theatre costume ,soft furnishings, interior design . sketch books , all to a very high City and Guilds standard . She has received awards for her work . She states that ‘It has been an amazing and very rewarding career, so my talk will be around My Creative Journey .’
